Modern World Studios acquires the Pixelator!
On Thursday 31st May Modern World Studios was invited to attend a very special function at Gibson Hall in London. Over the last two years leading designers, photographers, musicians and visual artist have been customizing electric guitars that could be exhibited around the world and later auctioned off to raise money for different charities. Forming part of the RockCouture project, 30 of these magnificent instruments have been 'on tour' with the Born To Rock ̇ exhibition, which has already broken attendance records at Galeries Lafayette in Paris, the National Museum of Ireland in Dublin and most recently Harrods in London.
Modern World Studios had the honour of being one of 200 guests invited to the auction and although we didn't expect to bid or leave with any guitars, needless to say we now have 3 new additions to our collection of 45 guitars.
